Integration between Genesys platform & Jabra headsets
Jabra has recently announced the software integration their headsets now have with the Genesys platform. This new integration will enable an intelligen call control within the Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition.
This will offer the possibility to program the control unit for the following Jabra headsets:
- Jabra Biz 2300 USB
- Jabra Biz 2400 II USB
- Jabra QD headsets with the Jabra Link 260/265 USB adapter
