Connect to your Computer

1. Connect the USB cable to the back of the base.
2. Connect the remaining end to the USB port on the computer.
3. Load the Plantronics software by visiting https://www.plantronics.com/ca/en/support/downloads-apps and click on the download button for Plantronics Hub for Windows/Mac.

Place a Softphone Call

1. While wearing your headset, short press the base computer button.
2. Dial a call from your computer softphone.
3. End the call by pressing the headset call control button.
