Jabra PRO900 Series Reset Instructions


Reasons to do a reset
  • Hearing static
  • Lifter not engaging properly
  • Battery not holding a full charge (talk time reduced)

Instructions:
  1. Put on the headset.
  2. Simultaneously press and hold the mute button and both headset volume buttons until the voice prompt says “Factory default” and then release the buttons.
  3. The base will restart and reset the setting, indicated by the white battery icon on the base    Battery Icon
