Jabra Engage Series Power Recycle/Hard Reset Instructions

Reasons to do a Power cycle/hard reset:
  • Remove static electricity build up
  • Power cycle the headset
  • Reset battery

  1. Dock the headset in the charging base
  2. Unplug the power supply cable from the base station.
  3. Remove the headset from the charging base.
  4. Power off the headset by pressing and holding the Call button until the Status LED indicator flashes red.
  5. Then place the headset in the charging base and thereafter connect the power supply cable again.
